1000 and 3000

I have used both the 1000 and the 3000 and depending on your body depends on how much you will want to use. I like to use the 1000 when I don't have a lot going on for the week and want to maintain my mood and balance. If I know I have a particularly rough week coming up, I'll switch to the 3000 and I notice dealing with that amount of stress is much easier. The taste is a yummy lemon flavor and it reminds me of lemon skittles, though without the sweetness. I love this blend, it helps calm and balance my constantly running mind and allows me to not feel anxious! Thank you!!!
